    In 2008, Peter Griffith left two decades of the Mad Men, big agency world of advertising in an effort to get closer to answering his client's needs, bring a better perspective and a healthy outlook to his and his family's life, and to provide a better service and product without the constraints of large agency restrictions.
    If you work with him, you'll find out two things about him - his drive for making everyone involved proud of the end product, and making the process or journey along the way enjoyable.
    "Nothing holds a brand back more than the belief that certain goals can’t be accomplished," Pete will tell you. "When people start with the thinking, 'we could never do that,' it’s easy to see they probably never will." Ask folks from his former agencies like J. Walter Thompson, Campbell-Mithun or Element79 and they will tell you, Pete was given the brands that needed someone with optimism, creativity and marketing savvy to get them turned back around.
    Peter is clear about the metrics crucial to his Clients’ success and for the level of creativity necessary to achieve it. His leadership has provided years of client successes under the constant focus of those two agency attributes.
    After two decades and a shelf of national and international marketing successes and awards, Peter believes there's both an art and science in finding the right triggers to cause the most effective momentum for any client. He is still as passionate and optimistic about finding those answers as ever.
